Carlos 'DaNova' Villanueva Cortés Jr. was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, but his roots are in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He is a multifaceted professional, blending his expertise in ministry, media production, and community leadership. While living in Jacksonville, Florida, Carlos hosted the TV show Conscious Culture NOW! for 12 episodes, bringing progressive Christian values to the forefront. He is also a positive rap artist who actively promotes community hip-hop values among fellow artists, using music as a tool for connection and empowerment.
